"We had a great stay. We chose a swim up room and it was great. You saw staff cleaning throughout. We saw that there was a jacuzzi at the spa and booked it but it was not a jacuzzi at all just a lukewarm pool that was disappointing. Overall stay was great and food and service was great. Had only one issue with an older bartender at the sports bar he was not nice to many of the patrons. Other than that I would definitely recommend. "

Appreciated the assistance from the Expedia reps at the resort, David and Luis, during my stay, with helping with answering my questions, dinner resos and confirming my shuttle pickup to the airport. David and Luis also kept checking in with me on the daily basis to ensure if I need anything. "
